But when we're exhausted, discouraged, angry, or ashamed, we often make decisions that add another problem to the one we're already facing.
We isolate.
We feel sorry for ourselves.
We look for an escape.
We stop praying.
We believe things about ourselves—and about God—that simply aren't true.
